I. CIRCUITS
Participants must follow the marked and designated course. The organization reserves the right to modify the route due to external factors and/or force majeure.
Swimming segment:
This will take place in the navigation channel area (boat entrance and exit) of the Club Natació Barcelona. During the race, this area will be exclusively reserved for triathletes, ensuring safety and optimal conditions for swimming.
The course will be marked with two large buoys at the turns and a large inflatable arch at the finish. There will be kayaks with staff overseeing and guiding athletes who may drift off course.
Transition area:
After completing the swim, participants will head to the transition zone ("box") located in front of the Desigual building. In the box, athletes will change equipment and continue with the running segment.
Running segment:
The run begins with a loop around the Desigual building before heading toward the two breakwaters of the port. Finally, participants will head straight to the finish arch or begin a second lap (only for the Absolute race). The course will be marked with cones, and volunteers will assist with guidance wherever possible.
The Kids Race (Prova Menuts) course does not cross any streets.
Kids Race Course: Benjamí and Aleví
(1 lap each segment)

Youth Race Course: Infantil, Cadet, and Juvenil
(1 lap each segment)

Absolute Race Course: Juvenil, Junior, Sub23, and Absolute
(2 laps each segment)

II. RACE NUMBERS, AID STATION AND BAGGAGE STORAGE
Race Numbers
From the Cadet category and above, athletes must compete with their own federation-issued race number, personal yellow timing chip, and their own red swim cap.
Athletes in the Infantil category who do not have a chip or haven’t registered it on the Federation’s website will be given one on the day of the event by leaving a €20 deposit (exact change required — the organization does not provide change), which will be refunded after the competition. Since they also do not have a race number, one will be provided. Therefore, they must bring a race number belt and chip strap. All federated athletes must bring their own red swim cap.
For non-federated athletes, the same procedure as the Infantil category will apply regarding the chip and race number. Regarding swim caps, non-federated athletes must compete with white swim caps, which will be provided by the organization.
Athletes in the Benjamí and Aleví categories will compete without a chip and must mark their race number clearly on the left arm and right thigh before check-in. If the number has more than one digit, it must be written vertically. For safety reasons (visibility in the water), all participants must wear a swim cap. Non-federated participants may request a white swim cap from the organization, while federated participants must bring their own red cap.
Baggage Storage and Aid Station
The organization will provide a baggage storage service. Participants may leave their belongings in the designated tent (baggage area). Only competition material is allowed in the transition area (box). No personal items will be accepted unless stored in a closed container such as a bag or backpack. It is strongly recommended not to leave valuables, as the organization is not responsible for any loss.
At the aid station, participants will have access to at least a table with bottled water and isotonic drinks at the end of the race.
