CHILDREN'S KARATE

Karate develops strength, speed, coordination, balance, flexibility, and perceptual aspects such as spatial and temporal awareness. Additionally, it provides children with various physical and educational benefits. The practice of this discipline offers very positive aspects in human development, both in collective and individual values.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All sessions begin in September, both for children and adults

• New registrations must arrange a first session with the Sensei for an interview and initial level assessment. No activity can begin without confirmation from the Sensei

• For all children's sessions, the legal guardian must be present at the start and end of the session to provide socio-emotional support to their child and facilitate their development during the activity

• The federative license is mandatory in all cases except for pre-karate. In this case, it will be determined by the Sensei

• Uniforms are mandatory (karategi for training sessions, and sweatshirt or polo for sports events and travel, if applicable)
