AQUAGYM
Aquatic activity where the main muscle groups of the body are worked with the help of water resistance and with musical support.
AQUATIC WALKING
Activity based on water trips in a shallow pool. It helps improve blood circulation, balance, toning and endurance.
TECHNIQUE STYLE AND PERFORMANCE
Training aimed at improving the performance of the different swimming styles. Resistance and strength work is done.
PADDLE SURF
Activity for over 16s led by a technician where you will enjoy the sea while doing toning and balance work. Table rental included. The activity will be canceled automatically when the weather conditions are not favorable.
BODY AND MIND STRENGTH
Group session that aims to improve general physical condition, using methods in which body control and awareness of posture are essential. high intensity
PILATES
It is a low-intensity physical conditioning method where gentle and conscious exercises are performed that are coordinated with breathing. Strengthening of the core area and deep muscles.
ASHTANGA MYSORE YOGA
Individual and gradual guided practice of the first series of Ashtanga. Students are guided and adjusted in a personalized way. Improved strength and flexibility. Improves concentration and relaxation.
VINYASA YOGA
Dynamic yoga style, through a work of postures in sequences of synchronized movements while maintaining the rhythmic flow of breathing.
ROCKET YOGA
Practice inspired by Ashtanga, combining asanas from the first, second and third series, resulting in a dynamic and challenging class. Muscle work, flexibility and balance. Improves concentration and relaxation.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Dynamic Yoga style that synchronizes breathing with movement, through a serious progression of postures. Improved strength and flexibility. Improves concentration and relaxation.
HATHA YOGA

SUP YOGA
Union of different postures of traditional Yoga on a surfboard. It is the perfect fusion of harmony and balance in an exceptional environment such as the sea. Table rental included.
