CROSSBIKE
It is a combined physical activity between Spinning and Functional Training. These are dynamic, effective, and entertaining sessions aimed at burning a high number of calories. Additionally, they help develop motor skills, correct muscular imbalances, improve mobility and joint and muscle stability, as well as strength and muscle balance. These collective training sessions involve teamwork and group exercises.

HIIT

METABOLIC

TABATA
High-intensity interval training (HIIT). Organized into blocks of very short exercises, with eight sets of 20 seconds each, followed by 10 seconds of rest in between.

Aquatic activity in a deep pool, where the main muscle groups of the body are worked with the help of water resistance and musical support. A flotation belt is used. Swimming skills are required.

PADEL SURF
An activity for individuals over 16 years old, led by a coach, where you will enjoy the sea while working on toning and balance. Board rental included. The activity will be automatically canceled if weather conditions are unfavorable.

SUP YOGA
A combination of different traditional yoga postures on a surfboard. It’s the perfect fusion of harmony and balance in an exceptional environment like the sea. Board rental included.
