OUR GUIDED ACTIVITIES
ABDOMINAL
Exercises to work on the toning of the abdominal and back muscles.
ACTIVA'T MOBILITY
Activity to improve body posture where general body mobility is worked on. Prevents injuries and muscle pain.
ACTIVA'T STRENGTH
Group session that aims to improve general physical condition, using methods in which body control and awareness of posture are essential. high intensity
ACTIVA'T STRETCHING
Sports practice that combines stretching, breathing, mobility and relaxation to improve the balance between body and mind.
DEEP WATERS
Water activity in a deep pool, where the main muscle groups of the body are worked with the help of water resistance and musical support. With the aid of a flotation belt. Swimming skills are required.
AQUAGYM
Aquatic activity where the main muscle groups of the body are worked with the help of water resistance and with musical support.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Dynamic Yoga style that synchronizes breathing with movement, through a serious progression of postures. Improved strength and flexibility. Improves concentration and relaxation.
ASHTANGA MYSORE YOGA
Individual and gradual guided practice of the first series of Ashtanga. Students are guided and adjusted in a personalized way. Improved strength and flexibility. Improves concentration and relaxation.
BALLET
Work on the technical foundation of barbell dancing and its practical application in dance. Strengthening of deep muscles and improvement of posture.
CARDIO TONE
Activity that combines different types of toning and cardiovascular exercises.
CNB CROSS
Training based on constantly varied exercises and barbell weight, with functional movements performed at high intensity.
METABOLIC CNB
Activity that quickly accelerates the metabolism. It combines the principles of polymetrics and power and agility training to achieve a strong, agile and fast body.
CORE
Session aimed at toning the entire abdominal area and lower back.
CROSSBIKE
It is a physical activity that combines Spinning and Functional Training. These are dynamic, effective, and entertaining sessions with the goal of burning a high number of calories. Additionally, it helps develop motor skills, correct muscular imbalances, improve mobility and joint and muscular stability, as well as strength and muscle balance. Group training sessions that involve teamwork and group exercises.
DYP
Activity that fuses the techniques of dance, yoga and pilates. Its aim is to awaken and develop all the deep muscles in order to improve mobility, flexibility and posture.
HEALTHY BACK
The guided activity "Healthy Back" is a routine of exercises designed to improve the health and strength of the spine and the muscles surrounding it. This activity focuses on preventing or alleviating back pain and improving body posture.
STRETCHING
Session that contributes to increasing flexibility, improving posture and toning the muscles.
GAC
Session aimed at toning the muscles of the abdomen, glutes and hips.
HATHA YOGA
Yoga practice with a classical approach with posture work, breathing techniques and meditation. Improved strength and flexibility. Improved concentration and relaxation.
HBX-BOXING
High intensity training session that uses the different types of boxing punches, kick boxing and non-contact martial arts. The only adversary is a punching bag and a slam dance on which to unload all the stress. Move Better; Live Better.
HBX-FUSION
High intensity training focused on the movements of the human body. The main goal is strength, endurance and speed work. Strong is an attitude.
HIIT
High intensity interval training. Interspersing short time intervals in which we work at maximum intensity with longer rest intervals, active or not.
HYPOPRESSIVE
Session designed to work the entire abdominal area and pelvic floor with breathing exercises.
INTEGRAL YOGA
A style of Yoga where we work on both the theory and practice of Yoga, analyzing the correct alignment in its asanas, experimenting with different types of pranayama, and immersing ourselves in meditation, seeking the experience of having a healthy body with a healthy mind.
SWIMMING
Training aimed at improving the performance of the different swimming styles. Resistance and strength work is done.
