CLUB NATACIÓ BARCELONA'S RULES

RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES

All members may freely access the Club's facilities every day of the year, as granted by their membership status. This access has no capacity restrictions, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Club’s control, duly justified.

First entry and last exit must be made through the main lobby turnstiles using the wristband/chip or the digital membership card available in the Club’s official app. (Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gpasport.miclubonline.cnb&pli=1 – App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/club-nataci%C3%B3-barcelona/id1113977671).

If you do not have one of the identification elements, or if it is lost, you must go to reception to request a duplicate, which will involve an additional cost according to current rates.

Membership is personal and non-transferable, as are the rights to access and use the facilities. Any fraudulent or improper use may result in sanctions.

The facilities close 30 minutes before the Club's official closing time.

The Club reserves the right of admission in all cases.

RULES FOR GUESTS OF MEMBERS

Guest access is subject to mandatory prior booking through the Club’s reservation app. (Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.proyecto.clubnataciobarcelona&hl=ca – App Store: https://apps.apple.com/es/app/club-natacio-barcelona/id1487802034).

Guest capacity is limited to ensure an optimal experience for both members and guests.
Each member aged 18 or over is entitled to two free guest passes per quarter, which are not cumulative. Minors are not eligible for this benefit.
Each member may bring a maximum of two guests per day, either using the free guest passes or by purchasing a guest bathing permit, according to current rates.
Guests may reserve a place in sports activities depending on availability, on the same day of the visit, in person at the sauna/squash reception desk.
Failure to comply with the rules by guests, or any behavior that disrupts the harmony and smooth operation of the Club, may result in immediate revocation of access authorization.
Former members who have officially resigned cannot enter as guests or purchase bathing permits.

EXTERNAL VISITORS (RESTAURANT AND PADDLE TENNIS)

External visitors with reservations at the Vista Mare restaurant or paddle tennis users via Playtomic may only access the areas corresponding to their reservation. Under no circumstances may they use the rest of the Club’s facilities without having previously obtained a specific permit.
