ESCOLA DE VELA

From the CNB Sailing School and with the Catalan Sailing Federation, we are promoting the Blue League, a program designed to encourage participation, learning, and fellowship in a friendly sporting environment. This activity is open to everyone who wants to enjoy sailing and the sea in a fun, inclusive way and with team spirit.

Training Days

Training sessions are held on weekends, with the option to choose between Saturdays and Sundays. This way, each participant can adapt their attendance according to their availability.

In accordance with the provisions of the current Personal Data Protection regulations, we inform you that your data and those of your child or ward will be incorporated into the processing system owned by CLUB DE NATACIÓN BARCELONA with tax ID G08533689 and registered office at Passeig Joan de Borbó, 93, BARCELONA CP 08039, for the purpose of managing your reservation for the activities, as well as any related matters that may arise.

In compliance with current regulations, CLUB DE NATACIÓN BARCELONA informs you that the data will be retained for the legally established period and until you revoke your consent.

By this clause, you are informed that your data and those of your child or ward will be communicated, if necessary, to the following entities involved in the organization of the activities, in order to fulfill the provision of the aforementioned service. The entities are: Escola Catalana de l’Esport, Federació Catalana de Natació, Federació Catalana de Vela, Federació Catalana de Karate, and the Youth Department of the Barcelona City Council.

Failure to provide data to the mentioned entities implies that the services covered by this document cannot be fulfilled.

CLUB DE NATACIÓN BARCELONA informs that it will process the data lawfully, fairly, transparently, adequately, pertinently, limitedly, accurately, and updated. Therefore, CLUB DE NATACIÓN BARCELONA commits to adopting all reasonable measures so that such data are deleted or rectified without delay when inaccurate.

In accordance with the rights granted to you by the current data protection regulations, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability, and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw the consent granted for their processing, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email address cnb@cnb.cat.
