Regulations for the Use of the Club’s Corporate Image

Approved by the General Management and the Board of Directors of Club Natació Barcelona

  1. PURPOSE OF THE REGULATIONS

These regulations aim to govern the proper use of the corporate image, crest, logo, colors, typography, slogans, and other identifying elements of Club Natació Barcelona (hereinafter, “the Club”) by its members, sports sections, teams, and third parties. The goal is to protect the Club’s visual and institutional identity, ensure consistent use, and prevent unauthorized interpretations or reproductions.


  1. OWNERSHIP OF THE CORPORATE IMAGE

All elements of the corporate image—including the crest, logo, name, colors, typography, and official claims—are the exclusive property of Club Natació Barcelona. Any total or partial use without prior written authorization from the Club is prohibited.


  1. UNAUTHORIZED USE

Unauthorized use of the corporate image includes, but is not limited to:

  • Producing, selling, or distributing clothing, swimsuits, sportswear, or any other items featuring the crest or visual elements of the Club without prior authorization.

  • Modifying or reinterpreting the Club’s logo, crest, or claims (e.g., typographic alterations or unofficial adaptations).

  • Using corporate elements for personal, commercial, or representational purposes without prior approval.

  • Public dissemination (on social media, media, events, or competitions) of materials that compromise the Club’s image or values.


  1. OFFICIAL SUPPLIER AND SPONSORSHIP EXCLUSIVITY

The official supplier and sponsor of Club Natació Barcelona equipment is TURBO. Therefore:

  • All official Club equipment (swimsuits, t-shirts, tracksuits, caps, etc.) must be purchased through the Club’s official channels or the authorized sponsor.

  • Members or groups of members are not permitted to manufacture or sell equipment or clothing items featuring the Club’s crest or colors.

  • Any exceptions must have the express authorization of the General Management or the Club’s Communications Department.


  1. REQUESTS FOR USE

Members wishing to use the Club’s crest or corporate image (e.g., for events, competitions, or social initiatives) must:

  • Submit a written request to the Club’s Communications Department.

  • Provide details of the proposed use, medium, design, and purpose.

  • Await formal authorization from the Club, which may approve, modify, or deny the requested use.


  • CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Improper use of the corporate image may result in:

  • A formal requirement to immediately cease unauthorized use.

  • Removal or prohibition of the produced material or item.

  • In cases of repeated offenses or harm to the Club’s image, disciplinary actions in accordance with the Club’s Statutes and, if applicable, legal actions for intellectual property violations.


  1. DISSEMINATION AND AWARENESS

These regulations will be published on the official channels of Club Natació Barcelona and must be known and complied with by all members.
