​The Sports Training School is a key and strategic project for the CNB that was born from the Department of Pedagogy and Sport. Through the Sports Training School we want to value the role that sport has as a way to educate and accompany children during their development as people.

PROJECT 5 PALS
We create a new system of teaching sport, which responds to the needs of the child, internalizing the fundamentals of sport without early specialization.
The 5 PALS project constitutes a first piece in the teaching of sport. The initiation of this is the process that contemplates the first experiences and discovery of the sport.

Grassroots sport is an indispensable stimulus for the growth, maturation and physical, psychological and social well-being of children. In addition, sports practice has a fundamental socializing function, in which the individual learns attitudes and the functioning of symbolic thinking. In this way they also obtain satisfaction from interpersonal and social evaluations, they structure their physical image as a basic element of interpersonal relationships, favoring at the same time flexible, supportive and tolerant attitudes.

The project is composed of a progressive program by stages, with which children will be able to acquire a broad base of the sport, based on a method of exploration, trial and guided discovery, while developing all those values, attitudes and skills that are intrinsically linked to sport.

In this way, and once the foundations have been consolidated and internalized, it will be possible to create an athlete's itinerary in an integral way, taking into account not only the sporting part, but also the personal, academic and professional.
WHAT ARE WE GOING FOR?
Promote and encourage the practice of sports in children by creating a joint itinerary with our sports sections of the Club to enhance the development and training growth of the participants in the different evolutionary stages with the aim of:

Promote and develop sport as an educational model.
Promote the integral development of the participants.
Improve physical abilities and psychomotor skills.
Discover and arouse interest in different sports.
Live the sport with happiness.
TUTORIAL ACTION
For each program, participants will be assigned a tutor who will fulfill the following functions:

Ensure that the educational action is comprehensive and personalized.
Accompany each child throughout the development of the stage.
Communication and personalized follow-up with the family.
